Higher order volumes
A site with high traffic that exceeded the yearly order limits could purchase a higher package: another 12,000 allowed orders per year for an additional $199 per year, or another 24,000 allowed orders per year for an additional $399 per year.
Ordering
The original order pages were a live purchase wizard tied to the JustAddCommerce transaction network. Those prices and allowances are recorded here as the published schedule of the time; the wizard itself is not part of this site.
