JustAddCommerce Overview

What is JustAddCommerce

JustAddCommerce is a professional shopping cart that can be quickly and easily added to any existing web site using the Microsoft FrontPage editor. It has the features a business needs to conduct electronic commerce on the Internet: credit card processing, tax calculations and shipping calculations.

JustAddCommerce lets you build the site the way you want, with no templates and no generic web pages. It is easy to use and requires no programming skills or knowledge of HTML.

Compatibility

The cart is professional SSL CGI shopping cart technology written in C++, with 100% compatibility with all browsers and all web servers. It runs on NT, Unix and Mac servers, and although it uses FrontPage as a host it does not require the server or the ISP to be FrontPage compatible.

JustAddCommerce works with proprietary browsers such as AOL, WebTV and Windows CE. It does not use any Java or JavaScript, so customers viewing a merchant's site can order no matter which browser options they have set or disabled.

The transaction network

JustAddCommerce software interfaces with the secured JustAddCommerce Transaction Network. The company is a commerce processing network, not a web host or an Internet service provider, and the merchant uses their own credit card merchant account.

Automatic credit card and check processing

The credit card version of JustAddCommerce supports real-time credit card and check verification using Authorize.Net bank processing. It charges the customer's card at the time of purchase and transfers the money into the merchant's checking account. This version requires an Authorize.Net or Cardservice LinkPoint account.
